Robyn Butler and Emma Freeman win at the ADG Awards

Congratulations to Robyn Butler for taking out the Esben Storm Award for Best Direction in Children’s TV for Little Lunch Special: The Nightmare Before Graduation. Little Lunch Special also won the 2017 Logie Award for Most Outstanding Children’s Program. Mrs Gonsha’s class is graduating from Grade 6 and everyone is excited about going to High School, but when they uncover the explosive news that Rory is unable to graduate with them, no one is eager to leave school any more. We are also pleased to announce that Emma Freeman won the award for Best Direction in a TV Drama Series for Secret City, The Watchers (Series 1, Episode 2). The episode looks at the character Harriet, the one person Harriet has questioned in pursuit of her story is dead, another is missing. The conspiracy may be hidden deep, but it involves those who are powerful, ruthless and with a great deal at stake. Secret City is broadcasted on FOXTEL’s Showcase Channel and Anna Torv who plays Harriet Dunkley won this years Logie Award for Most Outstanding Actress Award for her performance in Secret City.
