Allan Behm's 'No Enemies No Friends' Short-Listed For Australian Political Book Of The Year Award

Congratulations to Allan Behm for the short-listing of No Enemies No Friends: Restoring Australia’s Global Relevance in the Australian Political Book Of The Year Award.

The shortlisted books, chosen from a longlist announced in early October, are:

  • Bob Hawke: Demons and destiny (Troy Bramston, Viking)

  • The Game: A portrait of Scott Morrison (Sean Kelly, Black Inc.)

  • No Enemies, No Friends: Restoring Australia’s global relevance (Allan Behm, Upswell)

  • Telling Tennant’s Story: The strange career of the great Australian silence (Dean Ashenden, Black Inc.).

 The winner will be announced at the National Press Club in Canberra on 9 November by federal treasurer Jim Chalmers.
