Cameron’s Management would like to acknowledge the sad passing on 6 June of award-winning author, Helen Hodgman.
Hodgman (born 1946 in Aberdeen, Scotland) won the 1978 Somerset Maugham Award for her novel Jack and Jill. She also won the 1989 Christina Stead Fiction Prize for her novel Broken Words. Several of her books including Blue Skies were republished three decades later by Text Publishing in their Classics Series. Auberon Waugh, called Hodgman ''a born writer with a style and an elan which is all her own''.
