James Croke

Production Designer

James is a production designer for theatre, film and television who has has designed many award winning short films. James wrote, directed, designed and produced the award-winning Shift (2013) which screened internationally at festivals including Palm Springs.

Other credits include and Crooked Mick of the Speewah (dir. Philip R Smith), Splintered (dir. Peter Templeman) which won Best Short Film at Slamdance 2005, Australian Summer (dir. Luke Eve) which was honoured Best Film at Tropfest 2005, and Danya (dir. Beth Armstrong) which was awarded Best Film at Jackson Hole International Film Festival. James graduated from the Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS) in 2005 with a Master of Arts in Production Design and was awarded both the Fox Studios Award for Design Excellence and the Gilbert & Tobin Award for Best Body of Work.
