Luke Eve's 'I Met a Girl' Announces Stellar Cast

Production kicked off this week on Luke Eve’s debut feature film I Met a Girl. Brenton Thwaites (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, The Giver), Lilly Sullivan (Picnic at Hanging Rock, Mental) and Joel Jackson (Jungle) make up this stellar local cast.

Thwaites stars as an impulsive musician struggling with schizophrenia who falls for a mysterious woman (Sullivan) who may be all in his head. When she suddenly vanishes, he takes off on a cross-country journey across Australia to find her, forcing his long-suffering brother (Jackson) to try to rescue him.

I Met a Girl is expected to be released in 2020.
