Congratulations to Patricia Cornelius on the Opening of ‘My Sister Jill’ in Melbourne

Congratulations to Cameron’s client Patrcia Cornelius on the recent opening her play My Sister Jill (adapted from her own novel) at the Melbourne Theatre Company, directed by Susie Dee.

The youngest in the family, Christine idolises her father, especially his stories of wartime heroics. Her sister Jill, meanwhile, doesn’t quite share the same sentiments. As the intensity of the Vietnam War looms, the stories slowly start to lose their shine and war threatens to break a new generation apart.

“Another poignant and powerful collaboration by the winning team of Conelius and Dee and should not be missed.” ★★★★ - ArtsHub

“My Sister Jill powerfully captures the impacts that war has had on Australian families across generations, and as such should become a new classic of our stages.” ★★★★Theatre Matters

“My Sister Jill leaves an indelible footprint. Its emotional resonance is striking.” - The Blurb

You can buy tickets here.

Running until 28 October 2023 at Southbank Theatre, The Sumner in Melbourne.
